Your new role
In this 3 month procurement job (with the potential to be extended) you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of an effective operation plan for legacy systems through standardization, simplification, discontinuance and other methods. You’ll be assisting in the development and execution of sourcing strategies in alignment with applicable market sector and commodity strategies. The role will involve supporting specific PSCM applications and provide guidance on their use, maintenance, upgrade, etc. You will also support the operating model to enhance integration functions: P2P, Materials Management, Category Management, Procurement Services, GOO, GPO and GWO.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be required to have Working knowledge of standard systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba OneSource, Business Objects, Procon as well as Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. You must have working knowledge and experience with P2P or Materials Management processes, systems and applications and be able to demonstrate demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills. Being skilled at leading through complexity, executing projects in multi-stakeholder, multi-discipline, multi-cultural environments, with regional and country-specific issues and challenges is an asset. You must have Excellence in data management and modelling including Microsoft Access and Excel, Experience of Business Objects 12.1.0 advantageous. Any experience within the energy sector is also beneficial.
