We now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Leader to join us on a permanent full time basis.
You will be responsible for overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements and day to day management of staff in line with policies and procedures. The responsibilities for this role are centred on the delivery, quality, financial stability and the on-going development of two services.
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the 24-hour management of the services ensuring that all aspects of support and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs and preferences of the people supported within the philosophical framework of person centred planning.
Effective communication, leadership and coaching skills are important as you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be committed to person centred planning and positive risk taking.
In addition, you will also be expected to be part of the regional On-Call service, for which you will receive additional payment and you will have a basic working knowledge of tenancy related support and supporting people in employment and volunteering. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
That you are a driver with a full license;
You have experience of managing a supported living service or equivalent;
NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care or above;
