Birmingham/Solihull
£9.00 per hr


My client is looking for a Sales Administrator/ Sales Order Processor who's role will be to support the Sales manager and the team in this well established organisation who have offices in Birmingham and Solihull,

The job duties will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Producing quotes for customers
Sales order processing
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders and products
Monthly Reports
Marketing
Any other ad hoc sales administration


To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have At least 12 months recent experience in a Sales Administrator/ Sales Order Processor role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional telephone manner
IT Literate and confident with Microsoft packages
