Store Manager

JOB49 | Full Time

Location: Enfield | UK

Salary: Nego / Year Bonus, Commissions

A stylish, Children’s wear brand with over 20 years in the Retail industry is seeking a commercially astute and enthusiastic Store Manager to manage one of their unique North London Boutique Stores. As the Store Manager you will be responsible for running the store on a daily basis and reporting and feeding back directly to the Company Director. You will manage and drive all store KPI’s, along with ensuring that excellent customer service is offered at all times. You will have responsibility for the store’s Profit and Loss in line with the company expectation, and support the Company Director in delivering the brand value proposition. You will manage your own development alongside your team’s development, ensuring progression plans are made and performance reviews are in progress on a regular basis. 

You will need to be exceptionally commercial, forward thinking and excellent at planning ahead. You will also need to be confident, as you will be expected to organise and host promotional events with external third parties and clients. You must have a strong, Fashion Retail background, preferably with some experience in working with Children’s wear. You will also need to have operated at an equivalent level as Store Manager in order to understand the needs of a growing business.
