A Flagship Assistant Store Manager Job Central London Premium Fashion Brand

This fashion-forward, design-led, premium brand can trace their roots back over 40 years, and place a real emphasis on ensuring their pieces are high quality and designer-inspired, yet affordable. Due to a recent period of growth and internal progression, this well established brand are seeking an enthusiastic and commercial Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in their most high-profile, Flagship Central London store.

As the Flagship Assistant Store Manager, London, your job will be to step-up in the Store Manager’s absence, running a large team within a high turnover store. You will have the opportunity to make commercial decisions on a daily basis that truly impact on the future of the business. You will be involved in Visual Merchandising, People Management, training, coaching and development and general operational and stock duties in order to maximise profit and minimise loss.

You will need to be confident and tenacious and an excellent communicator. A keen eye for detail and experience of working within a high volume, fast paced London environment is necessary in order to understand the culture of the brand, and the demands of the job. You will need to have previously operated in an Assistant Manager capacity, or Store Manager of a smaller grade store. A strong grasp of Visual Merchandising and operational duties, and the ability to lead and inspire a team whilst delivering outstanding customer service is a must.

In return for your hard work you will receive a generous salary and commission package, have the opportunity to work with key decision makers in a high profile store, gaining exposure and getting your voice heard in order to progress your career quickly within the business.
