Registered General Nurse

JOB121 | Full Time

Location: London

Salary: 14.31 / Hour

We are seeking highly experienced Registered General Nurses to join our Residential Care and Nursing Home run by a charity/religious order based in London, N16.
You will be working in a friendly, well equipped, well-staffed home with fixed shifts and none of the pressures of hospital nursing.
You will receive a pay package of £14.31 per hour for days and £18.60 per hour for nights, free parking, meals on duty and 4 weeks holiday per annum.
The shift pattern will include day shifts from 8am to 9pm or part shifts from 8am to 4pm and 1pm to 9pm including weekends and night shifts from 9pm to 8am.
What you’ll need
At least 3-5 years post-graduate nursing experience UK Pin Number Experience of elderly care would be ideal Strong spoken and written English Good communication and leadership skills DBS check will be required The role As RGN you will provide a high standard of nursing care to all residents within the home. You will carry out an agreed plan of nursing care as designated by the Home Manager / Deputy Home Manager in Charge and be involved in the ongoing assessment of care needs, development and evaluation of the programme of care.
You will have responsibilities in the following areas:
Clinical/professional practice Quality care Administration Personnel Further learning and development opportunities are available.
