Care Home Manager

The role is to manage and be the main person responsible for the smooth running of  Care Home for people with learning disabilities and mental health. A professional and dedicated Care Home Manager is pivotal to the successful running of the company. Your role will be to take ownership and accountability for the home ensuring that it meets and exceeds CQC essential standards.

A Home Manager is responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home. You will lead both the care and support teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision. As Home Manager you will live by the company’s values, and act in compliance with all relevant legislation.   You will maintain a strong relationship with CQC. With your passion for the job that you do you will have the ability to provide care that is second to none for residents and help motivate and develop your team. As you will be a key member we will ensure you have all the training, support and tools required to be successful in your role.

Desirable qualifications:

·         Outstanding communication skills

·         Excellent Leadership skills

·         Driven and ambitious person with 2-3 experience working as a Care Home Manager or above.

·         A real desire to make a difference in a rapidly growing sector

·         Creative and strategic thinker who is able to influence others to make improvements and implement change.
